Most reviewers who name a guide praise their care, patience, and quick help on the road. Trips to Xinjiang, Iceland, Guizhou, Harbin, and Vietnam all draw praise for tidy planning. A few reviewers report weaker experiences, mostly with flights, refunds, and one tour leader. Reviewers mention many named staff, including Zoe, Cheston Lai, Simon Lin, and Ivy. Some note long gaps between activities and dinner. The Mandarin-only website and a refund deduction for a cancelled Egypt tour also draw criticism.
