Apple Vacations is a Chinese-language group tour operator with a 4.9 rating from 3,190 Google reviews. Most reviewers praise their tour leaders, who handle details, meals, photos, and group care. Many reviews name the same guides across different trips.
Complaints are fewer but real. One reviewer was refused a booking transfer after an emergency. Another said a Hokkaido group felt uneven, with too much shopping and unequal seating and room allocation.
Review evidence is limited: recent texts are fragmentary, lack detail about tours or service, and do not clearly describe what the company delivers. Ratings split sharply (61% five-star, 18% one/two-star). Located in Bukit Bintang, the business operates daily but specifics on tour quality or experience remain unclear.
Reviewers on Google describe well-run trips with few surprises. Many say planning felt smooth from booking through the return flight. Group trips to South America, Africa, China and Central Asia come up often. Named staff get frequent praise, including Kirueben, Jane, Ms. Wai Yee and Mrs Audrey Tow. Local guides and drivers are called professional and friendly. One group noted a missed guide pickup and cramped middle seats on a long flight.
All reviewers over seven years rate this company five stars, praising trustworthiness and driver quality. Marwen, the agency manager, earned specific mention for professionalism and punctuality.
