Why you can rely on these scores

An independent, data-driven directory, not a pay-to-list ad board.

Scored on real review text

Scores come from public customer reviews across 307 providers. The most common praise is well-organized itineraries (14 mentions) and knowledgeable guides, and complaints such as poor communication (5) are tracked too.

Payment never changes a score

Meridian Guides does not sell rankings. Sponsored placements are labeled, so a paid listing cannot pass itself off as a higher-scoring one.

Checked every month

Data is refreshed monthly, and each listing carries a last verified stamp so you can see it is being maintained. Janice, Editor, oversees the rankings. Questions go to hello@meridianguides.my.

How an agency earns its score

One published rubric scores each business 0–100 from recent public Google reviews: rating, review volume, recency, sentiment, and profile completeness. No pay-to-rank, no edited reviews.

✓ Sentiment synthesised from real reviews, not republished
✓ Google-verified businesses clearly marked
✓ Refreshed regularly so scores stay current
