What reviewers think

Most reviewers who name a guide praise their care, patience, and quick help on the road. Trips to Xinjiang, Iceland, Guizhou, Harbin, and Vietnam all draw praise for tidy planning. A few reviewers report weaker experiences, mostly with flights, refunds, and one tour leader.

Reviewers mention many named staff, including Zoe, Cheston Lai, Simon Lin, and Ivy. Some note long gaps between activities and dinner. The Mandarin-only website and a refund deduction for a cancelled Egypt tour also draw criticism.

Most reviewers who used the trip planning describe well-run tours, prompt drivers, and steady follow-up during the trip. Many praise the hotel choices and say the team answers questions fast. Several reviews are harsh, though. Two one-star reviewers say the final price was higher than agreed, and one says the company stopped answering the phone after payment. Transport handling and cancellation support also drew criticism.

Group trips to South America, Africa, China and Central Asia come up often. Named staff get frequent praise, including Kirueben, Jane, Ms. Wai Yee and Mrs Audrey Tow.
