Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia, TTPM)
A quasi-judicial tribunal set up under Section 85 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999. It lets you claim up to RM50,000 against a trader, including a tour agency, for a filing fee of just RM5, and you don't need a lawyer to bring a case.
