Malaysia Tour Agency Guide is an independent directory of tour agency businesses across Malaysia. Listings draw from publicly available business data, and scores are calculated using one fixed, published rubric applied equally to all agencies based on their Google reviews. Listing your business here is free, and no payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to fix factual details, question your score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Fixing listing details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service details are wrong in your listing, you can request a correction. We fix factual fields when you provide the correct information and something to verify it against, such as your official website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data refreshes.

Challenging your score

Your score is generated automatically and is never hand-edited. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is incorrect, for example that your profile was matched to the wrong business, that reviews were attributed to you wrongly, or that a review summary does not reflect what customers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the original sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when a business has permanently closed, when there is a duplicate entry, or when the business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle also automatically detects and removes permanently closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline removal, and we will tell you why plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request receives an acknowledgement within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Requests we cannot accept come with a plain explanation of the reason.
