What reviewers think
Reviewers aside, the reviews point to one clear pattern: guides and drivers who know their stuff and keep trips on time. Several guests called out clean cars and easy pickups from hotels and airports.
Customers praise staff by name, including Kalai, C.J, Mr. Magen, Hisvaran and Elango. Many describe well-planned city, Batu Caves and Genting Highlands trips. One family's six-hour road trip with kids, with no food stops, drew the only low rating.
