Renters consistently describe quick, friendly service at the Bukit Bintang counter. Staff handle paperwork fast, and WhatsApp replies come quickly. Bikes are often called clean and in good shape, even though some are used. Staff named Hafiz comes up again and again, including one visitor who got a helmet loaned when rental ones did not fit. Some renters waited longer than expected for a deposit refund. One renter wished the rules were explained before booking.
