Renters consistently praise fast communication, clean cars, and straightforward pricing with no surprise charges. The team answers WhatsApp quickly and explains fees upfront. Drivers are courteous and know traffic routes. One significant complaint noted the car arrived visibly dirty both inside and out, and return collection was late and disorganized. Overall, strong reliability for interstate trips and airport runs. Service ranges from self-drive rentals to chauffeur options for day tours and custom journeys. Vehicles include sedans, vans, and premium options like the Toyota Alphard. Their website claims 14 years in operation and 24-hour delivery availability, though booking well ahead is advised for consistency.
