What reviewers think

Three reviews show a polarized picture. One recent guest praised the driver and car condition, but two earlier reviews flag serious issues: sudden driver swaps without warning, long waits at airport pickups with no updates, and a strict no-refund policy on schedule changes.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Reviewers' counterpart: Travellers repeatedly describe trips that run smoothly, with planned itineraries and attentive tour leaders who look after the group. Many say halal meals and prayer times are handled well on overseas tours. Some reviewers name their tour leaders and say they kept the group safe and comfortable. Complaints are rare. One traveller found the walking tiring, and another wished for a hotel stay in Stockholm rather than nearby cities.
