All 25 reviews are five-star. Repeat clients credit the agency with affordable, well-managed Umrah trips, where food, accommodation, and spiritual care align. Staff handled ticketing and hotels smoothly. Strong value draws budget-conscious pilgrims back.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
One five-star review exists, but detailed evidence is limited. The business claims to operate airport escort and transfer services from KLIA Terminals 1 and 2 since 2016, and lists MIDA Official Service Provider status on its website.
Three reviews show a polarized picture. One recent guest praised the driver and car condition, but two earlier reviews flag serious issues: sudden driver swaps without warning, long waits at airport pickups with no updates, and a strict no-refund policy on schedule changes.
Guests often describe smooth, well-planned trips with warm, supportive tour leaders. Many reviews come from people on overseas group tours to London, Korea, and Kunming, not local day outings. Reviewers say the schedules were kept and extra touches were welcome. Several reviewers name tour leaders and say the hotels and restaurants were a good fit. One guest said the team helped with photos and snacks on the bus. A few reviews are very short, so detail is limited.
