What reviewers think

Most reviewers say drivers arrive on time, stay polite, and keep cars clean. Many praise fast replies from the office and smooth bookings, including last-minute ones. The 4.9 rating rests on a large review base, and nearly all reviews are five-star.

Two one-star reviews raise a clear caveat. One describes an older car that broke down on the Genting climb, and another mentions a shaky, hot Toyota Harrier on a Melaka trip. Both say the cars felt older than the website suggests, so ask about vehicle age before booking.
