Travellers on China, Vietnam and Inner Mongolia group tours praise guides who explain sights well and keep groups safe. Itineraries run smoothly, though one reviewer felt a Guizhou tour visited too many look-alike old towns and another complained about repeated departure date changes on an Egypt booking.
Most trips run smooth and well-coordinated, with reviewers consistently praising the friendliness of staff, quality of hotels, and safe driving. Named coordinators like Lilly and guides like Samy and Pushpa handle groups attentively, while buses are described as comfortable and clean. One older complaint about a driver's rudeness stands out against overwhelmingly positive recent feedback.
Most riders praise the route's coverage of major landmarks like Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower, plus the comfort and helpful commentary. However, wait times exceed posted schedules, seating rules confuse passengers, and the 24-hour ticket does not suit short-trip visitors.
Reviewers on Google describe well-run trips with few surprises. Many say planning felt smooth from booking through the return flight. Group trips to South America, Africa, China and Central Asia come up often. Named staff get frequent praise, including Kirueben, Jane, Ms. Wai Yee and Mrs Audrey Tow. Local guides and drivers are called professional and friendly. One group noted a missed guide pickup and cramped middle seats on a long flight.
