4.8(23)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices

Reviewers consistently praise visa processing speed and staff professionalism. PJ Star handles Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Pakistan visa applications smoothly, with guides walking customers through documentation. Customer service stays responsive throughout approval. One booking failed when staff did not verify pet airline policies upfront, leaving the customer with an invalid ticket and no refund; this stands out as a gap in pre-purchase verification.
