Best for
Groups and families seeking hassle-free international tours with halal meal options and attentive local guides.

Business data from Google Business Profile, checked 2026-10-15. Facts from the business's own website were fetched 2026-08-17.

What reviewers think

Most trips run smoothly with organized itineraries, attentive guides like Shahrul and Gina, and good meals. Travellers praise easy bookings and friendly staff. But several 2026 trips faced major delays; some groups were left hanging without updates or promised refunds when tours didn't depart, despite requesting alternatives.

The gap is in crisis response. When flights were cancelled (war-related), communication dried up and terms of service were disputed. Long-standing customers report loyalty since 2009, yet newer travellers say Amar went quiet at the worst moment and made refunds hard to claim.

Recent reviews split sharply: older five-star feedback praised responsive support and custom packages, but recent one-star complaints describe systematic issues including dishonest itineraries, rude drivers who delay trips intentionally, and demands for extra payment mid-tour. Evidence is limited and polarised, making this a high-risk choice.
